Hey! I’m Rach, thanks for stopping by. As soon as I was given the all clear to exercise at my 6 week check I returned to running. Little did I know at the time that return to exercise didn’t mean return to running.

Before having my daughter I ran a lot, I have so many memories taking part in marathons and triathlons ‘pre-baby’.
I always say running is my meditation, a way to clear my head and gain mental clarity. It is my go to when things get hard because after a run I know the feeling it then brings. So no wonder this is where I turned after becoming a mum. Being a mum is hard!

It’s been a rough road of incontinence, pelvic floor dysfunction and prolapse. I’ve come a long way since then though and am here to coach you so you don’t have to suffer.

As well as being an eager runner, I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Postnatal Specialist & Wellness Practitioner. I commit to continuing my education within my field upholding this standard as a MumSafe Trainer. ds


We have groups on a Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday at 9am

including our very own Childminding Club!

Each 60 minute training sessions is programmed with specific running objective in mind, including a range of mobility, strength, agility, drills, hills, sprints or longer runs. It’s a really great way to meet like-minded women, gain overall fitness and feel stronger.

Whether you’re already a runner or would like to start building foundations, our sessions will help excel your running to the next level. We cater to all abilities, ages and stages.

So glad I've joined the R2R program! I was hesitant at first as I've never been a runner or enjoyed running but Rach has been so motivating. Her program targets not only running but also focuses on building the right foundations including strength, mobility and pelvic floor which is so important!
Even with the ups and downs of motherhood and injuries, Rach is so understanding and tailors each session to the individual. So glad I've joined the program, I have met a great bunch of mums and so good for my mental health too!

After having my first child I was desperate to get back into running for my own mental health. Rach has not only helped me do this safely, she has also helped me to progress further then I thought I could achieve, even with my previous running history. I now have the knowledge and confidence to be able to continually improve my breathing and foot work, either on my own or with the group. As well as being able to connect with some amazing mums. I highly recommend Run Club for Mums! ~

Run club has been amazing! I was unsure if I would ever be able to run again after enduring a terrible ankle sprain, and gaining weight in my pregnancy. But Rachel has guided me through the program, building strength and mobility, and I finally feel like a runner again 😁 Rachel is so encouraging and knowledgeable, I would absolutely recommend this program to anyone who wants to start running safely! ~
